Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec is seeking an on-site Warehouse Associate in Gaithersburg, MD to perform routine material handling in a cGMP environment. You will operate PITs, manage ERP entries, and support receiving, labeling, storage, and shipping of goods.

The role requires basic SAP and ERP proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to work in a regulated biomanufacturing setting. Safety and GDP compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years in a regulated cGMP material management environment.
• Basic SAP experience; proficiency with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, and biomanufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate PITs and provide basic training to others in their use.
• Perform transactions using SAP and RF systems; provide first-level troubleshooting with external teams.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials; verify documentation and enter data in ERP.
• Label, stage, and store materials (including cold storage) following cGMP and safety protocols.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders, including hazardous and biological materials, per GDP.
