Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Materials Management Technician to support daily operations at the Menlo Park, CA facility. You will receive, inspect, label, and release raw materials, ensuring compliance with cGMP and GDP.

You’ll manage inventory using ERP/WMS systems and maintain precise records across electronic and paper formats. Responsibilities include cycle counts, ensuring proper storage, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure material availability.

Qualifications

• Understand basic Good Documentation Practices and warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely.
• Experience with inventory control, ERP/WMS, and data entry in Excel or paper records.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials and verify contents against purchase orders.
• Label, inspect, and document materials per cGMP and GDP standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Support SOPs, deviations reporting, and cross-department collaboration.
