CareGivers America is seeking compassionate RN/LPNs to provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in-home in Albrightsville and surrounding Carbon County locations. Flexible evening shifts available; immediate openings for experienced or new graduates.

You will monitor health, administer medications, and support families with mobility, feeding, and daily care while maintaining clear documentation and compassionate communication with caregivers.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to work in Carbon County.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduates welcome
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable caring for children with developmental and complex medical needs
• Reliable, compassionate, patient, and attentive
• Able to provide hands-on care, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, positioning, and assisting with mobility or transfers
• Ability to safely operate and monitor medical equipment as required

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Monitor the child's health, safety, and overall condition
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
• Provide seizure monitoring and response, with training available as needed
• Assist with mobility, positioning, feeding, and other daily care needs
• Monitor and assist with feeding tubes and other medical equipment as applicable
• Complete accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and required care records
• Communicate changes in condition, concerns, and updates with parents, caregivers, and the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
• Provide comfort, reassurance, and age-appropriate engagement throughout the shift
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the child
