Job summary

Circle of Life is seeking a CFSS Support Worker to join our Montevideo team in Clarkfield, MN. You will provide compassionate at-home care to clients across our service area, helping them stay independent in their own homes.

You will assist with ADLs, IADLs, light housekeeping, meals, transportation arrangements, and offer companionship while maintaining safety and confidentiality. Training and ongoing education are required to uphold our high standards.

Qualifications

• CFSS Support Worker Certification and a High School Diploma or GED are strongly preferred.
• Industry knowledge or experience in home care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care Services to clients in accordance with the care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and other health-related tasks.
• Document cares provided to client as instructed.
• Assist with routine household chores of light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands/shopping, and transportation arrangements.
• Recognize safety hazards in client's home environment or habits of daily living.
• Report all safety concerns to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Provide clients with social and emotional support.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect.
• Maintain training and educational requirements.
