Qualifications

• CFSS Support Worker Certification is preferred.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care Services to clients in accordance with the care plan.
• Provide assistance including ADLs, IADLs, and other health-related tasks.
• Document cares provided to client as instructed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, errands, and transportation.
• Recognize safety hazards in client’s home and report concerns.
• Provide social and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and client respect.
• Maintain training and educational requirements.
