GitLab is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner to support the CFO and the Office of the CFO, coordinating calendars, communications, and strategic agendas in a fast-moving, remote-first environment based in San Francisco.

You will operate with high autonomy, build trusted relationships, manage travel, meetings, and budget, and drive efficient rhythms across the finance organization using AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO with day-to-day operational and administrative needs across scheduling, communications, planning, and execution with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain regular in-person availability in San Francisco, CA, reflecting hands-on executive support in a remote-first company.
• Manage complex calendars, vet requests, prioritize meetings, and advise on tradeoffs to protect the CFO's time.
• Proactively manage inbound CFO requests, frame issues, surface options, and drive decisions forward.
• Lead leadership cadences across the Office of the CFO, improve processes, and reduce overhead.
• Coordinate travel logistics including transportation, lodging, visas, and documentation.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting content with lead time for thoughtful review.
• Track follow-ups and ensure accountability for open items across CFO reports and peers.
