Job summary

Laborde Products seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team, directing financial strategy, tax planning, and long-term growth across multiple jurisdictions.

You will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, and risk management while guiding technology investments and ERP initiatives. Travel to branches may be required as the company scales towards ongoing expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information systems, or a related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
• MBA or CPA/CFA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for financial strategy, technology investments, acquisitions, and long-term growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the organization.
• Lead risk management, tax strategy, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Guide technology strategy and ERP enhancements in coordination with the VP of Technology.
