Alvarez & Marsal in Dallas, TX, seeks a Manager for CFO Services – Financial Reporting Advisory. You will lead financial reporting for private equity portfolio companies, applying US GAAP knowledge and guiding pre- and post-deal reporting to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

You will drive projects on IPO readiness, working capital optimization, and performance measurement, collaborating with cross‑functional client teams to improve transparency and value creation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in accounting required.
• CPA certification preferred or in progress.
• Experience in financial reporting advisory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP and advise on complex guidance.
• Prepare and review pre- and post-deal financial reporting to meet requirements.
• Lead data collection, validation and analysis to support reporting.
• Drive IPO readiness and working capital optimization initiatives.
