Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal’s PEPI CFO Services team seeks an experienced Associate to support finance transformation, treasury, and performance improvement initiatives for private equity clients across the United States. 7–10+ years of relevant experience preferred; CPA a plus; strong Excel/PowerBI/Tableau skills and ability to manage time-sensitive projects.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, client relationship building, and the ability to travel up to 80% of the time; salary range $120k–$160k

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited four-year institution.
• Strong expertise with data and analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau.
• Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time at short or immediate notice.
