Job summary

Collision Partners is hiring its first Chief Financial Officer to build the finance operating system for rapid growth. The CFO will be the CEO’s principal financial partner and a core member of the executive team, guiding capital allocation, acquisition integration, controls, and systems.

Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and leading a scalable Finance function across multi-site operations with hands-on leadership and talent development.

Qualifications

• Senior Finance leader experience in rapidly scaling, acquisition-led environments.
• Built or upgraded Finance infrastructure and teams as complexity increased.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and capital-allocation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into capital, liquidity, investment, and operating plans.
• Own annual planning, rolling forecasts, reporting, and KPI architecture.
• Build scalable finance systems, controls, and data integrity across multi-entity ops.
• Partner with the CEO/Board and lenders to drive enterprise value.
