Firecrawl is seeking a CFO to own the margin and capital deployment as the first finance leader. You will shape revenue, cost of goods, and cash flow in a usage-based model, partnering with the CEO, GC, and Chief of Staff on strategic decisions and the upcoming fundraising rounds.

The role reports to the CEO, sits with founders on decisions that cost money, and will build a scalable finance function including accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, and equity administration.

• You're hands-on: can close the books and build the model on day one.
• You've been the CEO's copilot on a fundraising.
• You think from first principles about scaling a company in a new era.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operating model: revenue, margin, headcount, and cash for the founders and board.
• Run pricing economics: credits, prepaid, pay-as-you-go, plans, enterprise contracts and discounts.
• Support Series B and the next raise: build the model, data room, and diligence with the CEO.
• Treat tokens as a P&L line: cost of goods and returns for compute; guide next-dollar spend.
• Build the finance function: close and revenue recognition for a usage-based business, audits, reporting, tax, treasury, spend, equity admin; hire controller and FP&A when ready.
