Job summary

Collision Partners is seeking its first Chief Financial Officer to build the financial operating system for the next stage of growth. The CFO will serve as the CEO’s principal financial partner and a core member of the executive team, influencing capital allocation, acquisition integration, and scalable systems.

The mandate requires a hands-on leader who has built Finance infrastructure and can develop the team, processes, and controls as the business scales across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leader with rapid-scaling, acquisition-driven experience.
• Proven track record building accounting, FP&A, reporting, and controls.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and capital-allocation capability.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into capital, liquidity, investment, and operating requirements.
• Own annual planning, rolling forecasts, and KPI architecture.
• Build and lead a scalable finance organization and ERP transition.
• Oversee treasury, debt capacity, covenants, and liquidity management.
• Partner on M&A finance and post-close integration playbooks.
• Maintain external stakeholder credibility with boards and lenders.
• Develop data-driven insights to drive operating performance.
