Job summary

Selby Jennings seeks a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team at a PE-backed company operating at the intersection of power infrastructure and energy innovation. You will drive financial strategy, operations, and long-term value creation during a pivotal growth stage, overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, and capital planning.

You will partner with the CEO and Board, manage lender and investor relationships, and lead M&A evaluations while scaling the finance

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations.
• Experience managing a team of 5+.
• Experience with trade ops, futures, options and FX.
