Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including CFO-level roles.
• Strong foundation in accounting/controllership and FP&A.
• Experience in media/entertainment production finance and fast-paced projects.
• Proven ability to lead finance transformation and build trusted reporting.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to balance strategic influence with deep dive into systems and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics; CPA and MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full finance organization across accounting, FP&A, tax, and analysis.
• Build a credible, actionable forecasting process and cash visibility.
• Partner with CEO and execs on growth strategy, cost structure, and capital allocation.
• Define a lean operating model for Finance, Production, Operations, HR, and Legal.
• Ensure robust revenue reporting for platform revenue, deals, and licensing.
• Oversee annual budget, reforecasting, scenario planning, and long-range planning.
• Maintain strong financial controls, policies, and compliance without slowing execution.
• Manage enterprise cash strategy, liquidity planning, and risk management.
• Deliver executive dashboards, variance analysis, and board materials as needed.
• Oversee banking, audit, tax, and insurance relationships; manage finance systems.
