Job summary

RSI LONDON Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer in Los Angeles to lead the financial organization for an international entertainment and media company. The role focuses on strategic finance, capital markets, and value creation across film, TV, digital media and live entertainment.

The CFO will partner with the CEO and Board, drive capital formation, oversee FP&A and treasury, and ensure US GAAP compliance while supporting growth and strategic transactions in a fast-paced, dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• CPA, CFA or similar designation highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Company’s financial strategy aligned with long-term objectives.
• Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Evaluate opportunities, investments, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead financial due diligence, valuation modeling and capital allocation.
• Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
