Client Organization is seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Los Angeles to drive growth, financial strategy, and operational maturity. This role partners with the leadership team to implement scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and performance management across finance, operations, sourcing, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and operational leadership experience, including executive-level responsibilities.
• Experience building and scaling finance functions in high-growth companies.
• Expertise in FP&A, cash flow management, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and drive operational excellence across finance, operations, production, sourcing, sales, and market expansion.
• Develop long-term strategic plans and implement foundational processes, reporting, and operating rhythms.
• Build scalable financial infrastructure, controls, and KPI reporting frameworks.
• Establish metrics for data-driven decision-making and drive optimization across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve gross margins, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
