Baker Tilly US, LLP invites a Manager to join our CFO Accounting Advisory practice. You will lead engagements, supervise staff, and interact with senior leaders to deliver GAAP advisory and analytics that improve reporting accuracy and business insight.

Our clients range from private to public; you will work in a hybrid environment, travel about 25% and develop cross-functional solutions using Power BI/Tableau and ERP platforms such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Intacct.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit or financial advisory services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA or CMA designation.
• Knowledge of GAAP advisory concepts and application.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau is a plus.
• Familiarity with Middle Market ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Intacct) and data consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in projects focused on GAAP Advisory, analytics, financial accounting advisory, transaction support, and program/project management.
• Supervise, develop and train staff on engagements; contribute hands-on on projects.
• Interact with senior managers and partners on client and engagement matters.
• Strengthen client relationships and develop new business opportunities through outstanding service.
• Communicate with executives, investors and lenders to ensure delivery of services.
• Participate in recruiting and campus recruiting; engage in Employee Referral Bonus Program.
