Corvid Technologies is seeking an aerospace CFD engineer to support defense-related programs. You will apply CFD to aerodynamic development, work with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate results and recommendations to customers evaluating complex systems.

Responsibilities include grid generation, CFD solution development, report generation, and proposal support. Requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance; Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering or related field; Linux,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering (or similar STEM)
• Advanced Degrees preferred
• Strong foundation in fluid dynamics across Mach regimes
• Experience with flight dynamics modeling and stability analysis
• Familiarity with Linux and HPC environments
• Proficient in Fortran or C/C++ and scripting (bash, Python)
• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and CAD tools; TOAS/6-DOF software is a plus

Responsabilités

• Grid generation and development on complex internal/external geometries
• Develop and run CFD solutions and apply results to systems of interest
• Produce day-to-day informal and formal reports
• Support proposal development as needed
