Corvid Technologies LLC is seeking an aerospace CFD engineer to support defense-related programs by applying CFD to aerodynamic development for relevant systems. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to craft creative technical solutions for mission-critical systems and communicate results to customers evaluating the systems.

Responsibilities include grid generation on complex geometries, CFD solution development, and formal reporting.

Qualificações

US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar STEM with CFD experience; advanced degrees preferred.
Strong fluid dynamics knowledge across Mach regimes and flight dynamics modeling.
Familiarity with Linux, HPC, Fortran/C/C++, and scripting (bash, Python).
Knowledge of CAD modeling, MATLAB/Simulink, TOAS (or other 6-DOF) software, Pointwise; GNC experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Grid generation and development on complex internal/external geometries.
Development and execution of CFD solutions and application of results to systems of interest.
Day-to-day informal and formal report generation.
Support proposal development on an as-needed basis.
