We are seeking an organized individual who wants to grow their career at Misfits Market as a Certified Trainer. This role will support the functional training of new hires, evaluate the initial performance capabilities of trainees, provide peer coaching, and assist in other onboarding activities as needed. • Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 4 AM to 1:30 PM
• $17.50/Hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reports to department manager, while assisting with training in their home department when needed.
• Conduct departmental on-the-floor training and cross-training for all hourly associates utilizing approved training materials.
• Evaluate performance and make recommendations on performance in line with training material.
• Ensure all required training documentation is completed properly and in a timely manner.
• Act as a friendly point-of-contact to support any new hires.
• Collaborate on identifying necessary training material updates or opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of availability in carrying out training needs on a day-to-day basis.

What You Have

• HS Diploma or equivalent desirable
• Experience training peers or groups desirable
• Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups of students (5+ people) desirable
• Bi‑lingual (English / Spanish) desirable
• Must be self‑motivated, highly detail-oriented and organized
• Written and verbal communication skills

• Willing to work overtime and possible weekends as needed
