Harvard Resource Solutions LLC and VENTEON are hiring a Union Payroll Analyst to support a national construction company. You will manage certified union payroll and ensure compliance reporting.

This onsite, full-time role features an early start time and a salary of $70,000–$85,000 plus benefits based on education and directly relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Davis-Beacon Act and CBA interpretation is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Accounting would be a major plus.
• Experience handling multi-state certified union payroll processing.
• Experience filing union reporting via software and portals.
• Knowledge of Davis-Beacon Act and prevailing wage laws.
• Experience interpreting and administering union CBAs.
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume payroll.
• Proficiency moving data between reporting systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for certified payroll reporting for construction projects in multiple states.
• Serve as liaison with unions regarding CBAs, pension, and benefit reporting.
• Track wage determinations, classifications, and fringe benefits.
• Pull hours from payroll system and submit reports to union portals and Excel forms.
• Ensure reports and payments are completed by the 10th and 15th of each month.
• Reconcile payroll data to union remittance forms and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain union tracking and compliance schedules for audits.
