Qualifications

• Strong experience with certified payroll, Davis-Bacon, prevailing wage, and union payroll processing.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis functions.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly or biweekly payroll for multi-state and jobsite-specific pay rules.
• Prepare and review certified payroll reports and labor compliance submissions.
• Analyze payroll data and ensure accurate job costing and labor allocations.
