Qualifications

Role Overview

As a Surgical Tech/Scrub Tech, you will:

• Assist surgical teams during procedures by preparing and passing instruments and supplies.
• Help in sterilizing instruments, preparing patients, and maintaining sterile fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub on various cases including orthopedics, trauma, spine, plastics, and more.
• Assist with room turnover and stock supplies.
• Maintain sterile technique and anticipate surgeon needs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and completion of an approved Surgical Technician program.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Registration with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) as a surgical technologist, if applicable.
• Certification from NBSTSA or NCCT.

Schedule & Compensation

PRN schedule with a minimum of 5 shifts every 6 weeks, including two holidays per year. Pay ranges from $26.49 to $41.45 per hour, with an additional 15% differential.
