Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Certified Operating Room Tech to prepare sterile supplies and maintain a sterile field during procedures, handing instruments to the surgeon as needed. You will ensure supplies are ready for each case and support safe, efficient operations in the OR.

The role requires CST certification, a high school diploma, ORT training or equivalent experience, and current BLS certification. This is a day shift with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required for new hires.
• Graduate of an ORT training program or 3+ years of surgical experience.
• Current CST certification.
• Experience scrubbing GYN, General and Plastics procedures.
• Experience scrubbing ortho, neuro, ENT, urology procedures.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification on hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile supplies and instruments for each procedure.
• Maintain sterile field during cases and assist surgeon with supplies.
