Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for its Main Operating Room in Ontario, Oregon. This full-time role supports surgeons and nurses by preparing ORs, sterilizing equipment, and assisting during procedures to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

The position requires CST certification, BLS, and ideally one year of scrub experience, with call, benefits from day one, and potential incentives including sign‑on and relocation support.

Qualifications

• NBSTSA CST certification or NCCT TS-C certification required.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required at hire.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.
• One year scrub experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for all assigned age groups (Neonate to Geriatric) per policy.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety policies and aseptic technique.
• Maintain and verify surgical equipment and supplies; assist with instrument,tray, and patient positioning as needed.
• Set up operating room, assist during procedures, and coordinate with RN Circulator.
