Job summary

Surgery Partners Brand is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (PRN) to support operating rooms in our facilities in North Carolina. You will prepare sterile fields, pass instruments, and assist surgeons under supervision, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.

The role requires graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program, CST certification (or grandfathering per state), and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technologist program.
• CST certification or grandfathering per state regulations.
• BLS certification required.
• Prefer 1–2 years OR experience; may accept 0–2 years in related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain equipment and instrumentation for procedures.
• Set up sterile fields and assist with passing instruments.
• Follow regulations and assist with patient prep and safety checks.
• Assist with positioning and transport of patients as needed.
• Maintain inventory and assist with sterilization and area sanitation.
