Responsibilities

• Prepares operating room with instruments and supplies based on procedure and surgeon preference card.
• Maintains sterile field and aseptic technique throughout procedures.
• Anticipates surgeon needs and passes instruments efficiently during procedures.
• Handles surgical instruments and equipment per manufacturer instructions and hospital policy, including inspection and sterilization.
• Restocks supplies and prepares rooms for subsequent cases to ensure OR efficiency.
• Performs documentation and supports inventory management.
