Responsabilidades

• Prepare OR by setting up instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain a sterile field throughout procedures.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments accordingly.
• Handle and sterilize instruments per policy and manufacturer instructions.
• Document sponge, needle, and instrument counts for safety.
• Assist with patient positioning and draping under RN direction.
• Maintain physician preference cards and procedural records.
• Restock supplies and prepare rooms for next cases.
• Adhere to all policies and standards and ensure reliable attendance.
