Qualifications

• 5–8 years of surgical tech experience preferred.
• Continuing education to maintain clinical competencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons with exposure and hemostasis to support safe operations.
• Attend to patients' direct care needs under RN supervision.
• Maintain integrity with respect to policies and compliance.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and team during procedures.
• Uphold patient dignity, privacy, and safety.
