Job summary

Henderson Hospital is seeking a skilled Surgical Tech to assist surgeons with exposure, hemostasis, and other technical tasks during procedures. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will attend to patients’ direct care needs with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires CSFA/CSA/SA-C certification and BLS, 3–5 years of experience preferred. Technical school education in Surgical Technology is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Technical School/2 Years College/Associate’s Degree: Surgical Technology, or program board eligible for SFA certification required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• CSFA/CSA/SA-C certification and BLS are required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons with exposure, hemostasis and other technical functions.
• Attend to patients’ direct care needs under RN supervision.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and ensure patient safety.
