The role requires formal surgical technology education, CSFA/CSA certification readiness, and a commitment to ongoing clinical competencies, with a focus on teamwork, accuracy, and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Assists surgeons with exposure and hemostasis during procedures.
• Under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, attends to patients' direct care needs.
• Maintains professional attitude and adheres to policies during operations.
