West Henderson Hospital, part of The Valley Health System, seeks a part-time surgical technologist to assist surgeons in the operating room, ensuring exposure, hemostasis and patient safety under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Technical School/2 Years College/Associate’s Degree: Surgical Technology, or program board eligible for SFA certification require.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists surgeons with exposure, hemostasis and other technical functions during operations.
• Under RN supervision, attends to patients’ direct care needs.
• Maintains professional attitude, respects patient dignity, privacy and safety; adheres to policies.
