Qualifications

• Proficient in preparing surgical suites with surgeon-preference cards.
• Familiarity with instruments, supplies, and equipment used in surgeries.
• Maintain aseptic technique and monitor for breaks in sterile procedure.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating suites according to physician preferences.
• Assist with positioning, wound dressing, and drainage systems.
• Maintain asepsis, perform hand scrubs, and assist surgeon during procedures.
• Count instruments and sharps with the circulator; support patient safety.
