Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions. You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time Brand standards.

This role involves leading stretch and recovery sessions, promoting services, and maintaining client documentation; teamwork and excellent customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques required.
• Must be able to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Percussion devices, and breathing drills.
• Completes required training related to the role.
• Performs stretch and recovery demos for new clients with assessments and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells stretch sessions and other training services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on certifications, trends, and continuing education.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.

Certified Personal Trainer
