Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years field construction experience required with at least 1 year as service technician in solar.
High School diploma required.
PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
Valid Journeyman license or electrician certification required.
Knowledge of NEC and applicable codes.
Motivated team player with excellent customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to read single-line drawings and PV systems from roof to meter.
Safety conscious and ability to identify hazards.
Ability to establish rapport with customers and coworkers.
Results-driven with ability to meet deadlines.
Problem solving and good judgment; escalate when needed.
