Job summary

Vail Resorts in Pennsylvania seeks certified ski and snowboard instructors for the Winter Seasonal program. You will deliver high-quality lessons to groups and individuals, ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience and world-class guest service.

Starting wage is $21.00/hour with potential incentives; part-time hours are available and full-time is not guaranteed. Housing may be available, and applicants must pass state clearances as required.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI Level 1 or ISIA equivalent certification (or higher).
• Fluent English communication.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and with guests of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world class guest service to all guests.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
• Support ski school needs including scanning, running lifts, lunch, and equipment fitting.
• Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiers and riders.
• Other duties as assigned.

JobSummary:

Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages. Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors will deliver quality ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full and Part Time positions available.

Job Specifications:

Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more withadditionalteaching incentives

Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift Type:Part Timehours available.For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Job Requirements:

• MinimumPSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certificationorISIAequivalent and above
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidaysand meet minimum scheduling requirements.
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards
• The role you are being hired into requires further background check clearances by the State of Pennsylvania, which will need to be completed before you can begin work. For more information on the clearances, clickhere.
• The expected pay range is$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
