Certified Ski Instructor (2026/27 Season)
Position: Certified Ski Instructor – full‑time and part‑time options available. Winter seasonal 2026/2027 at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort, Leavenworth, WA, US.
We are looking for blue+ level skiers to join our team in the mountains. Job Specifications
- Starting wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr (reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with teaching incentives)
- Employment type: Winter seasonal 2026/2027
- Shift type: Full‑time and part‑time hours available. Full‑time instructors may not work a guaranteed 40‑hour week; scheduled hours vary with business volume.
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Housing availability: Yes
Job Responsibilities
- Teach group and private lessons.
- Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
- Deliver world‑class guest service to all guests.
- Create a safe and fun learning environment.
- Support all ski‑school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment.
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of PSIA/AASI Instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Willingness to work with guests of all ages and a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older.
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements.
- Placement contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting required skill, guest‑service, and safety standards.
Additional Information
Pay range: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
