Wildcat Mountain in Gorham, NH seeks Certified Ski Instructors to teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, delivering world-class service in a safe, fun environment. Seasonal winter positions available with opportunities for extended hours and varying schedules.

Starting wage ranges from $21.00 to $64.34 per hour, with potential incentives for teaching. Candidates must complete training and meet skill, guest service, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Must be comfortable working with children aged 3 and older.
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet scheduling requirements.

Responsabilités

• Teach group and private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world-class guest service in a safe, fun learning environment.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment for all participants.
• Assist ski school operations including scanning, lifts, and equipment fitting.
• Provide guest feedback to inspire lifelong skiers and riders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JobSummary:

Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing to guests of all ages. Certified Ski Instructors will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full and Part Time positions available.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage:$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr

Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more withadditionalteaching incentives

Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift Type:Full Time and Part Timehours available.For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Minimum Age:At least 16 years of age

Job Requirements:

• MinimumPSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certificationorISIAequivalent and above
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidaysand meet minimum scheduling requirements.
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.

The expected pay range is$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
