Northstar California Resort in Truckee, CA, is seeking certified ski/snowboard instructors for winter seasonal roles. Roles include teaching group and private lessons to guests of all ages, with opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules. Starting pay ranges from $21.00/hr to $64.34/hr, with benefits and training included.

Minimum age 16, PSIA/AASI Level 1 or ISIA, and English fluency required. Housing is available, and weekend/holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent.
• Fluent English communication.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Placement contingent on completing training and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Teach group and private lessons.

• Deliver world class guest service to all guests.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
• Support ski school needs including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and equipment fitting.
• Provide guest feedback to inspire lifelong skiers and riders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages. Job Requirements:

Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above

Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Must be willing to work weekends/holidays

Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.

The expected pay range is$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
