Catapult Learning in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a full-time Certified School Counselor for the 2026-27 school year on a 10-month, non-salaried schedule.

Grade levels: Elementary Pay: $34-37/hour (10 month - non salaried)

Catapult Learning is seeking a PA Certified School Counselors to work as the Family Connection Liaisons at a Philadelphia non-public school for the 2026-27 school year.

Responsibilities

How you’ll be there for students:

Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.

As a school counselor with Catapult Learning, you will:

• Provide individual and group counseling, group guidance lessons, and consultations.
• Consult and collaborate with both school personnel and parents/guardians to develop specific interventions on behalf of eligible students.
• Refer students and families to appropriate community agencies.
• Provide parent involvement workshops.
• Complete documentation in compliance with the School District and Catapult Learning requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
