Catapult Learning in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a full-time Certified School Counselor to serve as a Family Connection Liaison at a Philadelphia non-public school for the 2026-27 year.

The role involves individual and group counseling, collaboration with school staff and families, and parent workshops. Compensation is $34.00–$37.00 per hour with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.

As a School Counselor With Catapult Learning, You Will

• Provide individual and group counseling, group guidance lessons, and consultations.


• Consult and collaborate with both school personnel and parents/guardians to develop specific interventions on behalf of eligible students.


• Refer students and families to appropriate community agencies.


• Provide parent involvement workshops.


• Complete documentation in compliance with the School District and Catapult Learning requirements.


• Other duties may be assigned.
