Job summary

FullBloom's Catapult Learning division is hiring a PA Certified School Counselor to serve as a Family Connection Liaison at a Philadelphia non-public school for the 2026-27 school year.

This is a full-time role supporting students with individual and group counseling, collaboration with families and school staff, and participation in training and development. A competitive hourly wage and robust benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active PA School Counseling Certification required.
• 1–3 years of relevant counseling experience preferred.
• Catapult Learning employees are subject to state and local licensure and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

How you’ll be there for students:

Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.

• Provide individual and group counseling, group guidance lessons, and consultations.
• Consult and collaborate with both school personnel and parents/guardians to develop specific interventions on behalf of eligible students.
• Refer students and families to appropriate community agencies.
• Provide parent involvement workshops.
• Complete documentation in compliance with the School District and Catapult Learning requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
