Job summary

Catapult Learning is seeking a dedicated School Counselor to support students across Tamaqua, Pottsville & Minersville campuses. This on-site role offers full-time hours (35/wk), a $1,500–$2,000 bi-weekly salary, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Responsibilities include individual counseling, collaboration with staff and parents, and facilitating classroom guidance. Join a national provider focused on student development. On-site positions available now.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
• Experience working with elementary students desired.
• PA Elementary Certified School Counseling Certification.

• Empower parents and school staff by connecting them with community resources that align with students' unique needs.
• Ensure administrative excellence by completing accurate, efficient paperwork.
• Stay updated on field trends to enhance guidance and support for students.
• Foster trust and reliability by adhering to the Counseling Policy Manual, funding guidelines, and school procedures.
