School Counselor or Social Worker

Part‑time or Full‑time | Philadelphia, PA

Catapult Learning is seeking PA Certified School Counselors or PA Licensed Social Workers to work as Family Connection Liaisons at Philadelphia non‑public schools for the 2026‑27 school year.

Pay Rate

$34‑$37 per hour.

Responsibilities

As a School Counselor with Catapult Learning, you will:

• Provide individual and group counseling, group guidance lessons, and consultations.
• Consult and collaborate with school personnel and parents/guardians to develop specific interventions for eligible students.
• Refer students and families to appropriate community agencies.
• Provide parent involvement workshops.
• Complete documentation in compliance with the School District and Catapult Learning requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
