Responsabilités

• Conduct unbiased assessment of market areas and determine property value per guidelines.
• Document on-site assessments with photos, measurements and comparable data.
• Draw land diagrams and prepare visual documentation.
• Consider factors affecting value including location, trends and features.
• Provide fee quotes and present evaluations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Lead Appraiser to resolve requests and improve processes.
