Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Rutland, Vermont is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a supervision-model department of anesthesiology. You will provide anesthesia care under physician supervision, perform pre-anesthesia assessments, administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, and collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Current CRNA certification.
- Eligible for Vermont RN and APRN licensure.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision.
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a supervision model where an Anesthesiologist is always present, offering strong physician support and team collaboration.
