Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Rutland, Vermont. The role supports a Trauma Center with physician supervision, offering strong collaboration and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessments, anesthesia care administration, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia care, in a team-based setting with an anesthesiologist always present for support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification.
• Eligible for or holding Vermont RN and APRN licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to function effectively within a team-based anesthesia care model.

• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.

We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a supervision model where an Anesthesiologist is always present, offering strong physician support and team collaboration.
