Soap Creek Resources in Rutland, Vermont is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center. The position operates under a supervision model with strong physician support and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will hold a Nurse Anesthesia degree, CRNA certification, Vermont RN/APRN licensure, and BLS/ACLS. Excellent patient safety and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification.
• Eligible for or holding Vermont RN and APRN licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to function effectively within a team-based anesthesia care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
