Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Rutland, Vermont is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center.

This supervision model features physician support and teamwork, with opportunities to perform general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, plus pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification.
• Eligible for or holding Vermont RN and APRN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center.
