Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Department of Anesthesiology at a Trauma Center in Rutland, Vermont. This role operates under a supervision model with physician support and a collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive anesthesia care, perform pre-op assessments, and ensure patient safety across general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification.
• Eligible for or holding Vermont RN and APRN licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to function effectively within a team-based anesthesia care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
